Teacher Profile: Nurse Fleming

Mrs. Fleming was born in Lincoln Park, Michigan and was raised in Michigan, Tennessee, and Indiana. 

"Growing up in a large extended family and being blessed with an amazing immediate family, people and relationships have always been extremely important to me. People and relationships are my passion."

 After High School, she attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing. She practiced Neonatal ICU nursing for 19 years in South Carolina, Maryland, and Indiana before moving to Florida in 2016 and becoming a school nurse.  During her time in the NICU,  Mrs. Fleming was not only able to care for the compromised neonate, but was also able to come alongside families during a vulnerable time to provide comfort and support.
